Hope everyone is having a fantastic week, it has been pretty busy around here with the last week of school holidays but I always love having my little man home so its been great! A little while ago I went to an Estate Sale where I found these pretty German ballerinas which are so beautiful! I was hoping to keep them but it seems I just can not find the right place in my home which is really disappointing!
Do you like my lamp? I must say I really love it! When I bought it, we were unable to get it to work so my wonderful husband Cane pulled it apart and bought it back to life...it comes in handy being married to an electrician! :)

Gorgeous finds Siobhan... I am sure you will find a buyer if you cant keep them... or you could make a lovely mosaic and use as the back drop? I have a vision here... but no one else may see it.... only if you cant sell them that is

The lamp looks gorgeous. It reminds me of "Old Hollywood", I love that glamour look and also looking to the past. Way to go Cane, how about some lessons for Shayne when we come visit?

Hi Siobhan...yes, I do love your new light fixture. I used to have one that was similar in my old house. I love, love, love the ballerinas though...I love the ballet. Whenever I can go, I do...not nearly as often as I like though. They are just beautiful and a very lucky find.

Those ballerinas really are beautiful! I've always loved ballerinas as I took ballet lessons for 14 years. :)
