New Arrivals To My Rose Garden

Hi everyone! Sorry I have been really quiet lately, I'm still getting over my cold...well when I thought I was getting over it I had a large box appear on my door step which ended up being my huge rose order for the year and they needed to get into their new homes asap so I had to get to work fast and in the cold!!!

This year I have gone mad on the David Austin English Rose varieties, I am sure you will agree they are simply stunning! Here are my new additions this year-

Ambridge Rose

Brother Cadfael

Heritage

William Morris

Crocus Rose

Mary Rose

Troilus

Wife Of Bath

Winchester Cathedral

And I even received 2 free hybrid tea roses

Champagner

Flamingo

They are all planted except for the Heritage bushes which will be getting planted in a few days after our soil delivery. Most are in the front yard and others in big pots in the backyard, all I know is I am going to be one impatient girl waiting for all my blooms this year lol. I can't wait to share my rose gardens with you all but until then I am keeping warm with my chicken soup.

Siobhan your roses will look wonderful. So many pretties in this lot. Come next winter you will be pruning away for ages.

Alison, it already takes me ages to prune my roses in winter with 20 standards in the front, 10 climbers in the back and 3 weaping roses but they are so worth the effort! I think I might just call on dad next year, lol.

Hi Siobhan,
What beauties you're going to have on your hands come Spring. I love the colours you picked, they compliment each other so well. Now, I think William Morris is my favorite, I keep changing my mind...
Happy day and have a second helping of hot soup.

Beautiful... beautiful roses, I just can't pick one, I love them all. I wish I could find roses as pretty as those, but I'm easy to settle for the "cheap" ones that you buy at regular Home Depot stores... Uhhh!

Enjoy
